A cause for Social Activism

Today morning we found the at Ganges Ghat of Shivkuti, some resident has made a waste water discharge line from his house to the steps of the ghat. He has also partitioned the ghat steps to carve out his personal area.

This has issues of encroachment of public land and also involves environmental degradation.

We (my wife and I) are thinking of making a police complaint against the unknown as no one is telling who is the culprit.

What best can be done?
