Dust allergy to Rana Pratap?

At Ranapratap Square the road is being dug for laying sewage line. This has caused traffic congestion and excessive dust.

I am getting restless here in 5 minutes. The great Hero must be enduring it all through.

Besides, a political party has chained him by its flags. Rana must be really suffering. :-(
