Participation of Railway Employees in Management
This meeting of PREM group is held quarterly. The idea is to make employer a model employer and employee a model employee. I have seen and participated in this ritual for decades. The main benefit is that employee-employer dialogue is open in cordial atmosphere. Union leaders are humane. But for the posture they have to take, they are amenable to social informal interaction.
